OMG – this bread.
Italian Sausage and Caramelized Onions, Provolone cheese in between soft layers of soft bread.
If you’ve never had pull apart bread, you’re missing out. It’s hard to screw up and there’s a million ways to make it. This one has Italian sausage, onions and lots of cheese snuggled all up in some soft bread.
It’s the epitome of food that you just want to stuff in your face.
I like the provolone in this because of the smooth melty factor. I’ve already got a list of other versions to try, like jalapeno popper and buffalo chicken (of course). I also thought about doing a Greek version with olives, artichokes and feta cheese.
That cheese, tho.
FYI – I’m about to leave for Orlando where I’ll be competing in Food Fight Write against 49 other food bloggers -Wish me luck!
